QCOM VBUS GENOA EXTCON driver

Required properties:

 - compatible		: must be "qcom,genoa-extcon"
 - genoa_vbus_det	: Should specify GPIO for vbus detection.
 - genoa_usb_id		: Should specify GPIO for USB ID.
 - genoa_usb_oe_n	: Should specify GPIO for switch enable/disable.
